Once you have ordered the first time by fax as stated above, you now can use our online ordering system for all future orders. (see online ordering below)
Online ordering
at Shell Horizons is made to be easy. While browsing through our
beautiful catalog, you will notice a small
 icon next to
the description of each item. If you click on this
icon,
you will be brought to the Shopping Cart page. This is where you will
enter the quantity of the item you desire, then choose whether to 'Shop
For More' or 'Ready to Go'.

If you decide to
Shop
for more, you will be taken back to the previous page to continue
your Shopping.

If you decide that you are
Ready To Go, you will be taken to
the Shipping Information Page. Here you will be asked to enter your Personal
Information and the Payment Information. (Your personal information is
always kept secure using our secure server!) We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express and Discover cards. You can also Phone or Fax in your
Credit card details. The Credit Card Information section, needs only to be filled
in if you are paying by Online Credit.

If you need to adjust
the quantity of an item, change the quantity in the text box and
then click 'Recalculate'.

you must mail or fax a signed copy of your current Florida business license, before ordering products from us.CLICK

$75 required for online or phone orders or FAX orders.
 Sizes: All sizes and colors listed in
our catalog for our shells, etc. are approx and should not be deemed
otherwise, unless you have specific needs, then please call us on those
needs. (Specific Size) (Specific Color Etc.) Please see our
Sizes Pages for more information about sizes
and measurements of our shells.
Payment: We take all credit
cards online. NO C.O.D.s
Pre Packing: We do not
pre-pack any orders before payment is established.
 Shipping: We can not tell
you how much your freight charges will be prior to packing your order.
We will ship the
cheapest but fastest means possible from here in the USA to you. Please
see our Shipping Page for more
information about freight charges. When
ordering online, please make sure to click the appropriate shipping
method.
We do not offer Air Service at checkout online. If you want Next Day Air, Second Day or Third Day Air orders, You must call us at 727-536-3333 Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Easter Standard Time to arrange your order to be shipped Next day, Second Day or Third Day Air. We are not responsible for any delays by the carrier.
Charges: Truck lines are
used for larger orders and will be shipped freight collect (USA Only).
Priority Mail orders will be charged $10.00 as well as Truck line and all
orders leaving the continental United States. This charge is also
applied on Next Day, Second Day,
or Third Day Air orders.
Claims: We cannot be
responsible for merchandise once it has left our hands, all claims must
be made to the delivering carrier. Return items must be done so within
10 days of receipt of merchandise. 25% restocking charge will be
deducted from the products cost.
